2 Smoothie Recipes + 3 End-of-Summer Dishes We’re Loving

As we wind down summer in the hottest month of the year, we’re enjoying light meals made from fresh, seasonal ingredients. We wanted to share three delicious, simple dishes by The Daley Plate and two refreshing smoothie recipes from The Defined Dish that we’re making on repeat over the next few weeks. Enjoy these as you embrace the last days of summer from home, or wherever you might be. #rigbyourself

This deliciously simple and healthy dish is perfect for any night of the week.

Green Smoothie by The Defined Dish

The best way to start the morning, in our opinion.

2 cups spinach

1/4 c mint leaves

1 Persian cucumber

1 medium apple

1 frozen banana

2 tbsp flax meal

Oat milk to blend

Served in our Tall Drinking Glass

Zucchini & Sausage Stir Fry with a Sunny Egg by The Daley Plate

As easy as it sounds: just stir fry zucchini and sausage in a pan and top it with an over medium fried egg and your favorite herbs (fresh parsley, cilantro, or dill would all work well). Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
