1. Include fresh or dried fruit as a compliment to the cheese. Our go-tos are grapes, berries, dried apricots, or anything seasonal, but any fruit will work.
2. Add a colorful garnish of fresh herbs or flowers.
3. Use mini bowls to hold dips, smaller snacks, and to add some height to your plate.

Build your cheese plate with any variety of items that offer a mix of flavors and textures.
-Cured meats
-Various cheeses (we like one soft cheese and one hard)
-Fresh fruit (whatever is your favorite or in season)
-Dried fruit
-Something spreadable (honey, jam, mustard, or tapenade)
-Fresh vegetables (carrots, snap peas, or cherry tomatoes are all good options)
-Olives or nuts
-Crackers or small slices of bread
Just arrange everything on a plate (like our dinner plate) and serve with your favorite wine.
